By booking with Perahera Gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

1. Booking and Payment

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received and processed successfully.

                            All prices are subject to change without prior notice
Payment confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking
Booking is not guaranteed until payment is completed

                        

2. Ticket Usage

Tickets are valid only for the selected date and location specified at the time of booking.

                            Important Requirements:
                            Valid government-issued photo ID required for entry
Tickets cannot be used for different dates or locations
Digital or printed tickets accepted

                        

3. Cancellations and Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events for safety, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

In case of cancellations by Perahera Gallery, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

All visitors must follow staff instructions and comply with local laws and regulations.

                            Misconduct may result in immediate removal without refund
Respectful behavior towards staff and other visitors required
Photography restrictions may apply in certain areas

                        

5. Liability Disclaimer

Perahera Gallery is not responsible for any loss, injury, delays, or damage caused by external events beyond our control.

                            This includes but is not limited to:
                            Personal belongings and valuables
Weather-related delays or cancellations
Transportation issues
Medical emergencies or accidents

                        

6. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials displayed at Perahera Gallery are the exclusive property of Perahera Gallery and protected by intellectual property laws.

                            Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
                        

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.

Any disputes will be resolved under Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
